Zofia Olesik

She began to play violin at the age of 6, she is studying under the supervision of Prof. Marcin Baranowski in Poznań, Poland.

She is a laureate of the most prestigious Polish award addressed to young Polish artists - the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage Scholarship “Young Poland” (2019).

She has numerous achievements at national and international violin competitions.

She was awarded inter alia GRAND PRIX at the 3rd National Violin Competition "Jak Wieniawski" in Lublin, Poland 2021,

1st prize ex-aequo at the 11th National Competition for Young Violinists St. Serwaczyński in Lublin, Poland in 2020,

1st prize at the Brussels International Music Competition in Brussels in 2020,

3rd prize at the International Arthur Grumiaux Competition for Young Violinists, Brussels, 2019.
